Hi! Hope you’re having a great weekend! I just got news that my student has just taken a practice English test and was able to pass with flying colors! I was so happy for the news!
When we use the phrase: ‘pass with flying colors’ it means, to pass something very successfully!
Example:
A: How did you do on your driving test?
B: I’m not sure yet, I didn’t get the results.
A: I’m sure you will pass with flying colors!
B: I hope so.
